| By incorporating CRH technology, the continuous rotary bag sealer is the latest development in the range of Ceetak packaging solutions. This compact unit is available in a wide range of sizes and formats, with numerous sealing profiles and anvil combinations; the CRH system is suitable for sealing all thermo-plastic films.
The rotary wheel provides accurate heating and precision temperature monitoring. This ensures the CRH is an economic and safe alternative to conventional hot air and band sealing machines. The CRH sealing system can be supplied as an operating module with pneumatic actuation or as an independent system. Heat is generated at the point of contact with the film, creating a consistent, strong and high integrity seal. Temperature and speed adjustments can be easily made for different materials.
