| As an economical and safe alternative to traditional impulse sealing and cartridge heaters, the Low Voltage Heat sealing system features a highly accurate, low-mass blade that conducts heat evenly along its axis to create high integrity seals for all types of packaging applications. The LVH system includes thermal insulators that ensure heat is conveyed directly to the sealing area rather than being dispersed into the surrounding environment. This means there is significantly less energy loss and greater heat concentration along the sealing blade. The LVH system’s ingenious anvil has been specially designed to facilitate strong seals and precise cuts.
