The Ceetak Bonded Washer is a self-centralising, rectangular section metal washer, with trapezoidal shaped sealing rubber bonded to the inside.
Bonded washers are used extensively for sealing under the heads of bolts in high pressure applications where copper washers would be unsuitable.
Both washer and sealing element can be selected to suit your specific application and can be supplied in a variety of metal and elastomeric materials.
We stock all standard BSP sizes of nitrile bonded, zinc passivated coated, mild steel washers and can manufacture other material combinations quickly and at highly competitive cost.
Our range of ThreadSeals have been developed to seal the threads of machine screws, studs and similar items. These innovative mechanical seals will hold hydrostatic pressures of up to 5,000 psi, are easy to assemble and remove, and can help to reduce overall assembly costs.
