Ceetak’s Continuous Rotary Heat sealing system incorporates an element within a rotary sealing wheel as opposed to a heated bar. It is used for a continuous running seal along the length of a material.
The CRH sealing technology can be used for bag making or seam sealing on both vertical and horizontal form, fill and seal machines, and is also suited to conveyor systems.
It uses constant heat to deliver accurate control of temperature at the point of film sealing which ensures that only the minimum amount of heat and power is used to produce strong, high integrity seals without generating fumes. Just as importantly, the system uses low voltage power, making it both safe and economical to use.
The CRH sealing unit is available in a wide range of sizes, with numerous sealing profiles and anvil combinations.
